Can a list of scheduled events be printed?

The content of the Calendar, that is, the scheduled events, can be printed in either view of the calendar.

  1. Select the desired view by clicking the corresponding button at the top of the calendar.

  2. Search for the desired time interval you wish to include.

    Click the Calendar icon to set a specific date, or use the left and right arrows next to the calendar icon to move back- or forward by the unit of the selected view.

  3. When the desired interval is displayed, click the Printer icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Adjust the printing parameters as the printing setup of your browser allows.

Exporting Calendar to XLSX

Calendar data can also be exported and printed as an XLSX file. This option is available in the List View:

  1. Go to the Calendar module, List view.

  2. Select the relevant time period from the datepicker (From, To fields).

  3. Press the Apply button - the selection will become active.

  4. Press the ‘Export to Excel’ button.

  5. The view will be exported to XLSX format. The file downloads according to your browser settings.




The view continuously updates with the content of the next or previous time intervals by scrolling through the listed events.

The ‘This Month’ option navigates the list to the current month.


The exported Excel (XLSX) file (report) displays

  • Start Date, End Date (time interval selected for the report)

  • Date, time, and title of the listed Events

  • Day of the Week (displays the day of the week (e.g., Monday, Friday) for each event’s date)

  • Duration (Minutes) (shows the duration of the event in minutes, calculated from the event’s Start Time and End Time.)

  • Event title and Activity title

  • Activity type (displays the type of the Activity)

  • Room(s) (displays the event's associated room(s).)




All instances of recurring events are listed in the report.

The format of the times and dates is shown according to the System settings.


If the event is assigned to multiple rooms, they appear separated by a comma, unless the Room-Based Event breakdown option (described below) is enabled.




Room-Based Event Breakdown

In the Calendar List view, a new cogwheel icon has been added next to the ‘Export to Excel’ button. When clicked, it opens a pop-up configuration menu with the ‘Break events into multiple rows if assigned to multiple rooms’ toggle:


  • When the toggle is on, multi-room events appear as multiple rows, with one room per row.

  • When the toggle is off, multi-room events are listed as comma-separated values in one cell.

  • Users’ breakdown preference is saved per user and not applied globally. It is reapplied on future visits.
