Open-Ended Question Scoring Settings
In the Open-Ended Question Scoring dropdown, you can specify the extent to which the identity of learners should be revealed for the OEQS evaluator faculty members.
Options:
Do not show any learner identifying information
Show learner’s name
Show learner’s Unique Custom ID # (UCID)
Show learner’s Additional Custom ID (NEW!)

NEW: Show Learner’s Additional Custom ID Option
In the OEQS Scoring module, learners are usually represented by randomly assigned numbers, which change across Activities, Cases, and Parts. This might make it challenging to track progress while maintaining anonymity.
By using the "Show Learner’s Additional Custom ID" option, the ordered number list in the Learners column on the OEQS Scoring page will be replaced with the learner's Additional Custom ID (ACID).

Unlike UCIDs (which may contain identifying data), ‘ACIDs’ are
consistent across all Activity/Case/Part views,
persistent across page refreshes or revisit scenarios,
non-identifiable, and only shows the exact value stored in the “Additional Custom ID” field of the user profile.
See related information on the User Editor page ("Additional Custom ID").
Learn more about Learner identifiers here.
Case and Activity Evaluation Anonymous Checkbox
The Case and Activity Evaluation Anonymous checkbox affects the Case and Activity evaluation parts filled out by the learners: If checked, the Case Evaluation Part submit will not appear on the Individual Checklist for users with either Report Reviewer or Admin privileges.
Responses for this part can be reviewed in the Case Item Analysis, an anonymous report independent of whether or not the checkbox in question is checked.
If a learner has no UCID (Unique Custom ID) registered in the system, a warning will be displayed in the UCID column of the reporting tables.
