How to Interact with the Talkback Function on SP Stations

  1. When an SP is logged in on an in-room station, an SP toolbar appears in the top-right corner of the screen, with Talkback option displayed.
    If a message is sent to that station from the control room, the SP can respond by using the Talkback function.


2. To send a response, the SP has to click and hold the Talkback bubble. The "On the air" message (and the color of the message bubble changing to green) indicates that the SP is responding to the control room station that sent the announcement.


3. When finished, the Talkback bubble should be released. Thus, the response is sent.

IMPORTANT: The Talkback function can only be used if an announcement has previously been sent to the station.

If Privacy Mode can be enabled in the specific room, the toolbar options are displayed vertically, one above the other:
