Mobile Recording Feature
The new Mobile Recording Feature enables LearningSpace users to use iOS smartphones as wireless camera sources through a custom-built ‘LearningSpace Anywhere’ mobile app. As part of the Ultraportable vision, it provides a flexible, cost-effective camera option without extra hardware.
You can register your mobile device by scanning the QR code available in theSystem Manager under
Cameras Register Mobile Device option.

Add a Mobile Device Camera to the System
Each registered mobile device is displayed in LearningSpace’s System Manager, on the Cameras tab.
Add a Mobile Device as a Camera to a Room
Primary Camera View - Mobile Device
The first camera drop-down will indicate whether a device is the primary camera in the room.

Recording on a Mobile Device
The camera view from a mobile device is displayed in the Single Room View (SRV) of LearningSpace’s Recording module, just like that of all other (IP) cameras.

The mobile app indicates whether the device is registered in LearningSpace. The mobile app's overview page displays the device registration status. |
The mobile app displays whether it is connected to LearningSpace and if the camera is the primary camera in the room.  Mobile App - Overview page The mobile app is ready to start streaming to LearningSpace (LS) if it is in Set for Streaming status. |

If the camera view is left during recording, a warning message is displayed, informing the user that streaming will stop on the mobile device in LearningSpace. |

AI Subscription
It gives everyday users a clear way
to see whether AI features are available,
to start or request a 60-day AI Assistant Trial,

Request AI Assistant Trial From Admin
“Ehli AI - Enterprise Plan Trial” is visible on this tab, under Subscription.
Administrators can manually enable the trial in System Settings after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and selecting “Start 60-day trial”.
Privacy Mode Visual Indicator
Privacy Mode - Single room view
A visual Privacy Mode indicator has been added to LearningSpace to show that the room is in Privacy Mode.
When Privacy Mode is enabled, the indicator appears in the
Center Overview (CO) of the Recording module;
Single Room View (SRV) of the Recording module;
Camera Settings window of the System Manager.

NOTE: Privacy mode is currently not supported for mobile cameras. See Mobile Recording Feature
Alternate Cases - New Warning
Creating a new Case Grouping or separating them undoes the Learner/SP/Case assignments in Advanced Scheduling, and a reassignment will be required.
A warning pop-up now notifies users of the upcoming changes and visibly distinguishes grouped/ungrouped Cases.
"Are you sure you want to group/ungroup these alternate cases? This will reset scheduling."
Forgot Password Flow updated
In case of a forgotten password, use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option below the Login field.
If the username or email you entered is correct (i.e., registered within the system), you will receive further instructions via email. Otherwise, you should contact your LS administrator.
“LS forgot password request, if this was not you please ignore. If you want to change your current password please click the link below. Note: the link is only available until <date> and can be only used once!”
A LearningSpace user will NOT receive the forgot password email if:
No user is found by the UCID or email address in the given LS system
Multiple users are found by the UCID or email address with the same email address
User is found by their UCID, but has no email address
Forgot Password Email
If your email address has been identified within the system, you will receive a forgot password email (if LDAP authentication is not enabled for your account. See How to Configure LDAP Login )
Forgot password email:
The email contains a “change password” URL
Clicking the URL will open a new page where the given user is logged in
The URL is only active for 24 hours
The URL can be used exactly once
Only the latest password reset URL will work
NOTE: Trying to use the generated auth to open any other page results in a Permission denied error
Error message appears when:
One or more inputs are empty
The two passwords do not match
The password does not meet the strong password requirement.
