Why can’t I see anything in the Annotation panel / Why is the Annotation tab empty

Annotations are added with respect to learners, but they can also be added to a recording if no learners are assigned to it. The Annotation panel can only be used when the recording has started.

Learner assignment can be completed by adding learners (by group) via the Recording Setup accessed through the corresponding button in the header above the panel.
