# ◾ Video Review as Facilitator

By default, recordings are listed by date, with the most recent at the top of the **Video Review** page. The list can be rearranged by clicking the column headers according to Date, Room, Learner, or Video Information.

# Available controls for video recordings:

[**Delete**](/doc/9d221cde-a335-417b-b23c-7faa8467ecaa) **-** recordings selected by ticking their checkbox can be deleted

[**Lock**](/doc/748ca7e3-ea0d-4774-80d8-f3177384e7e2) **-** recordings selected by ticking their checkbox can be prevented from deletion

[**Print**](/doc/2eda2508-fe4c-4a6d-ac9e-3b3a6227a11a) **-** Video Report including all recording-related data can be saved and printed

[**Upload data log**](/doc/17f782ed-a6a3-493f-9051-25e66f629e38) **-** The data log can be uploaded to a selected recording

[**Download**](/doc/b8113154-dfbe-45eb-9274-bb7879cfcf89) **-** camera recordings of a selected room can be downloaded

[**Video upload**](https://help.caelearningspace.com/cf/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=8389461) **-** videos recorded without using LearningSpace can be uploaded and associated with an event

The **Upload data log** and the **Download** buttons are inactive (gray) until one (not more) recording is selected. The data log can only be uploaded to one recording at a time, and video streams belonging to the same recording can be downloaded as one file.
