# Facilitator

**Facilitators** are **medically qualified personnel** who can *implement and deliver* simulation events. Their competence ranges from **conducting briefings when learners are given instructions and essential information about the simulation through providing indirect assistance and guidance for the learners during the simulation to managing debriefing** sessions when the simulation experience is re-examined and analyzed.

Users with the Facilitator role have the access level closest to that of the Admins. They are authorized to do the following:

* Operate within the **Recording** module: start and stop recording, manage intercom announcements, assign participant groups to a recording, or add annotations;
* You can use all the functions of the Video Review module: review recordings, download videos, print Video Reports, upload simulation data logs, and add annotations to video recordings.
