# Email Settings

Users can set email properties and the SMTP server information on the Emails tab.

## Email Properties

Besides determining the **source address** of system-sent emails, the template for the **video-sharing** function can be worded.

The **template** can be constructed by typing the desired text into the text field. The texts can be formatted using the relevant icons, and **merge tags** can be inserted by clicking the desired tag when the cursor is where it is intended to be inserted.
