Why aren't learners available on the Annotation or Data Entry panels

Learners become available for Annotation and Data Entry (performance evaluation) only when assigned to the recording.

IMPORTANT: As data entry is completing a checklist specifically designed for evaluating the learners, the Data Entry panel will only be available if a Simulation checklist is part of an SCE. An SCE can only be linked to a recording by scheduling an event; consequently, data entry is only possible via Event for recording.

Faculty users should pay attention during Data entry and submit for the correct Learners in case they enter the Recording before the Admins (or any users with appropriate privileges) start the recording.
In this case, the Learners selected by the admins for data entry (and annotation) are not updated on the Faculty users' Recording page.
