Why are some of the buttons in the Send to Screen panel inactive?
The Send to Screen option requires the following technical setup to be completed:
monitor/ decoder and/ or JUNO simulator connected and assigned to the room
media content uploaded
IMPORTANT: Media content can only be uploaded within an SCE, and for the content to be available, the SCE has to be assigned to the recording.
An SCE can only be linked to a recording through scheduling an event; as a consequence, the Send to Screen feature is only possible via Event for recording.
If a device assigned to the room is disconnected, the button will still show the decoder's or Patient Monitor's name, but it will turn gray and inactive.
