# 'User Journey' - Facilitator # Faculty Journey for Simulation Planning ## Overview This journey follows Dr. Michael, a faculty member and [facilitator](/doc/facilitator-gGzEtVWofw), responsible for preparing the environment for simulations and the educational side of these (evaluation, learning material, etc.): that is, for *planning, executing, and managing* **simulation sessions** for healthcare learners.
