Running a Scenario
Preliminary setup
System Manager: The desired camera(s) and simulator must be assigned to the room where the scenario will be run.
User Manager: The participant groups desired to be assigned include the intended users.
As a user can be assigned to many groups, create groups specific to the scenario.
SCE Management: SCE intended for the scenario is built up.
Calendar: The event is scheduled, including defining the Simulation Design.
Process Flow
Open the Start Recording pop-up window by clicking the cogwheel in the bottom right corner of the Recording tile.
Highlight the desired event in the Event for recording panel, then click the Go to Recording button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
NOTE: The Event for recording panel is active by default; if not, click the radio button.
Add annotations on the corresponding tab.
Send Intercom announcements or push content to connected monitors.
Complete Data Entry using the corresponding panel. See the relevant part about Data Entry
IMPORTANT: When scheduling an event, the start and end of recording can be set up within the SCE Scheduling of the SCE Management module. In that case, the recording will be started and stopped automatically. Any manual click in the Recording view will override such preset scheduling.
