OEQS for Facilitator

Text item types require learners to provide freely worded textual answers, which the system cannot score automatically. Such answers have to be evaluated by faculty members with the necessary competence (including facilitators).

For the OEQS function to be accessible, the following criteria have to be met:

• Text items must be added to the Pre-Sim or Post-Sim Checklist of the SCE assigned to the event where the user is a member of the Facilitator & Faculty Group.

• Data Entry has to be submitted, that is, learners have to fill out the relevant text items of the Pre- or Post-Sim Checklist.

If the above conditions are fulfilled, a link to the OEQS page is displayed on the dashboard's Your Events panel at the relevant event.
