Objectives
IMPORTANT: When adding or editing anything within a text field, click the checkmark at the top right corner of the field to save the modification.
The Objectives part allows for outlining the following:
Learning Objectives: concise information describing what students are expected to learn from the simulated experience. It may also contain recommended prerequisites.
Preparation Questions: questions guiding and focusing student preparation.
Performance Measures: list of objective indicators assessing the learners' performance. Such indicators may be listed in detail according to the different states of the simulation.
Skill Set: list of medical skills necessary for the learner to give a successful performance during a simulated experience.
NOTE: The content of the Learning Objectives, Preparation Questions, and Performance Measures tabs can be emailed to the learners assigned to the SCE.
IMPORTANT: In case of the pre-loaded PNCI content, the Performance Measures correspond to the questions of the Performance Checklist, which is the assessment of learner performance by faculty, therefore, it is not recommended that the content be sent to the learners.
