# How to use the Video Transcript Tool? Open the Transcription Tab in Video Review. 2. Click on the search field. 3. Type the word you are looking for. 4. If there is a finding, the “finding stepper” shows the number of findings (right side) and the current “in-focus” finding (left side). You will receive a file in **\*.srt format**, named according to the specified format, containing the transcript. :::info Recommended video players: **Windows Media Player, QuickTime** ::: :::info Specified naming format: [ ] + [DATETIME OF VIDEO] Specified file format: SRT - or other similar industry standard subtitle format ::: :::tip If a transcript is generated for a **video with multiple speakers**, the different **speakers are diarised** in the transcript in the following way: *Speaker #1, Speaker #2.* ::: --- ## **IT Requirements** The LearningSpace server needs to access:   1.
