Data Entry as Faculty
The Data Entry tab is for filling out the Performance Checklist of the SCE assigned to the recording.
The tab can be accessed either live via the Recording module or after the event (according to the availability setup) via the Video Review.
During data entry, responses can be given to a single learner or the whole group assigned to the event. The scope of data entry can be determined via the All button where all learners are added, that is, data entry is set to group grading by default.
Faculty users should pay attention during Data entry and submit for the correct Learners in case they enter the Recording before the Admins (or any users with appropriate privileges) who start the recording.
In this case, the Learners selected by the admins for data entry (and annotation) are not updated on the Faculty users' Recording page.
Once completed, click the Submit button at the end of the checklist to save the answers.
