Data Entry

Data Entry is the process of filling out the different checklists that can be prepared within LearningSpace, in other words, submitting responses to items incorporated in sections that build up a checklist. Depending on the participant group the checklist is prepared for, users with different roles complete the data entry.

Submitted by Learner - data entry is for assessment purposes, eliciting learner competence (or individual feedback); therefore, responses are mainly scored.

  • Post-Sim Checklist

  • Evaluation


Submitted by Faculty/ Facilitator - data entry is for evaluation purposes, reflecting on learners' performance and/ or competence; therefore, responses mainly translate into scoring

IMPORTANT:  If an SCE is deleted or edited - including editing or deleting a section or item - after any data entry has been submitted, no report will be available anymore.
