Can the business hours be adjusted?

By default, business hours are displayed in the Room, Day, and Week view of the calendar. However, the time interval regarded as "business hours" can be adjusted and customized according to individual users.

Modifying which period is considered Business hours is only possible in Room View.

  1. Display all hours by clicking - thus deactivating - the Business hours switch.
    When all hours are shown, two arrows appear in the time row.

  2. Drag and drop the forward arrow to set the start and the backward arrow to determine the end of the business hours.

When the Business hours switch is activated again, the set time period will be displayed.

Adjustment of business hours is a custom setting for users: the status of the Business Hours Toggle is saved to the user’s profile.
