Select the desired view by **clicking the corresponding button** at the top of the calendar. 2. Search for the desired time interval you wish to include. :::tip Click the **Calendar** icon to set a specific date, or use the left and right arrows next to the calendar icon to move back- or forward by the unit of the selected view. ::: 3. When the desired interval is displayed, click the **Printer** icon in the top right corner of the screen. 4. This option is available in the [List View](https://kb.learningspace.elevatehealth.net/s/ess-hs/doc/calendar-views-P2a1Ld1uSR): 1. Go to the **Calendar module**, List view. 2. **Select the relevant time period** from the datepicker (*From, To* fields). 3. Press the **Apply button** - the selection will become active. 4. Press the ‘**Export to Excel’** button. 5. The view will be **exported to XLSX** format.
