# ◾ Calendar as Facilitator

Facilitators have unrestricted access to the Calendar module where they can schedule simulation events, that is, set up an exact date and time for completing a simulation. For details, see the [**Scheduling Events**](/doc/17c60446-c7cc-4f79-ac30-9099f2692fe9) part.

They can also use the [**Calendar Views**](/doc/d12881a9-21e7-4e51-bca6-77857e8fea96) for emailing/ printing schedules of events.
