# 2025 February - New Features ### **XLSX Export in Calendar** From this release, [Calendar](https://kb.learningspace.elevatehealth.net/s/ess-hs/doc/calendar-module-B2dKYBWpoZ) data can also be exported as an **XLSX file**. This option is available in the [List View](https://kb.learningspace.elevatehealth.net/s/ess-hs/doc/calendar-views-P2a1Ld1uSR): 1. Go to the **Calendar module**, List view. 2. **Select the relevant time period** from the datepicker (*From, To* fields). 3. Press the **Apply button** - the selection will become active. 4. Press the ‘**Export to Excel’** button. 5. The view will be **exported to XLSX** format.
