The **recording automatically launches** and displays the **streams of every camera** used in the recording. 3. Give a [**Title**](/doc/grid-layout-lUolgnTMDy) to a recording. # Privileges to access Video Review ## Report Reviewer (full control) * Access to recordings of Activities where the user is added as Faculty (i.e., recordings assigned to an Activity) To access recordings previously not assigned to any Activity, create a *mock Activity* with a *mock Case* and add these recordings. :warning: Activity [**Assignment**](/doc/assignments-tab-6wVg4cYdGO) settings do not apply to this user. If added to the Faculty group of an Activity, a user with **Report Reviewer (full control)** privilege has access to every learner recording of the Activity, regardless of the [**evaluator-evaluee subgroups**](/doc/how-to-create-evaluator-evaluee-subgroup-assignments-NV0ilasgAf)**.**  * Search by keywords, use column filters, and extend the keyword search to event logs and annotations. * Use the [**Record Control panel**](/doc/record-control-panel-in-video-review-legacy-version-rtrIO0DO7H) to assign or modify the Activity/Case or add/remove learners or SPs subsequently to the record creation. * Add [**titles**](/doc/grid-layout-lUolgnTMDy) to the recordings they are assigned to in an Activity * Add annotation(s) to a selected recording subsequent to the creation of the recording * Print the [**Video Report**](/doc/how-to-print-video-report-about-selected-recordings-yNMD095dgR) of the available recordings * Download available recordings If multiple footage are saved inside one recording, the user **can download each video footage separately or in a bundle**. * Upload data logs to a selected recording ## Report Reviewer * Access the recordings of Activities where the user is added as Faculty. :warning: Activity [**Assignment**](/doc/assignments-tab-6wVg4cYdGO) settings apply to this user and affect which learner recording the report reviewer has access to. Manage the settings of the Activity's [**evaluator-evaluee subgroups**](/doc/how-to-create-evaluator-evaluee-subgroup-assignments-NV0ilasgAf) to modify this user's access to recordings. * Search by keywords, use column filters, and extend the keyword search to event logs and annotations. * Print the [**Video Report**](/doc/how-to-print-video-report-about-selected-recordings-yNMD095dgR) of the available recordings * Download available recordings If multiple footages are saved inside one recording, the user **can download each video footage separately or in a bundle**. * Add annotation(s) to a selected recording subsequent to the creation of the recording. :::warning **Important** **Activity report access** for Faculty users holding [**Report-related privileges**](/doc/privileges-wnjrx8qPWS) can be fine-tuned within the [**Reports**](/doc/reports-tab-UYc4w4MW5i) tab of an Activity. By default, Report reviewer Faculty members have access to every recording of the Activity—unless [**Assignment**](/doc/assignments-tab-6wVg4cYdGO) settings apply—and can also download any available recording. In the [**Report Reviewer access settings**](/doc/report-reviewer-access-ht40dbhrgk) tab, the Report Reviewer Faculty members can be restricted to **only** the **audio** of learner recordings or completely denied access to the recordings of the entire Activity.
