Timeslot Assignment

For an introduction to Advanced Scheduling, please visit How to Understand Concepts within Advanced Scheduling.

  1. Once all timeslots are created and

  2. stations are set for an event,

  3. learners and SPs have to be assigned to the timeslots.

Such assignments can be determined via the Generate assignments link of the respective (Learner or SP) columns below the Event Setup at the bottom of the Activity Scheduler page.

The Automatic Assignment button at the bottom of the page's Scheduling (Learner assignments) yields system-generated learner assignments.
