# Three-Way Intercom In LearningSpace Single Room View, **preset** or **live** [**Intercom announcements**](/doc/intercom-announcements-tE9EaVxYnC) can be sent to **three targets,** called **Intercom endpoints**: *In-Room, Hallway (**or both)***, and *Simulator.* ![](https://outline-production-attachments.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/uploads/6c0da235-ff99-49fd-81af-d32f613692dd/13a8f503-fa2f-46bc-8f46-0e9e7ea7eb30/76910475.png?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Content-Sha256=UNSIGNED-PAYLOAD&X-Amz-Credential=AKIA4EOUDTOVUICLPZ4P%2F20260909%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20260909T120000Z&X-Amz-Expires=86400&X-Amz-Signature=09e523fb43bb54a69cfa4feb0f542688e04a70887b7393e1c54fc8b0dc2b9863&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&x-amz-checksum-mode=ENABLED&x-id=GetObject " =403x125") ***IMPORTANT:*** The [**Intercom**](/doc/three-way-intercom-BdGYfQiD1c) functionality of LearningSpace requires the client PC's web browser to **access its microphone**, which in turn requires a [**secure HTTPS**](/doc/how-to-use-the-https-certificate-requestupload-tool-0R6U9R0B86) connection to the LearningSpace server. That is, the **client computer's microphon**e can only be used with a **valid SSL certificate**. (This restriction stems from the Chrome browser security regulations.) :::warning If your layout differs in Single Room View, you probably have the **Legacy version**. The **Push-to-Talk button** turns **green** while the live announcement is being sent out.
