Download TeamViewer QuickSupport Application

After downloading and starting up TeamViewer, please send the Session ID (9-digit number) displayed in the TeamViewer window to LearningSpace Customer Support.

Please make sure that the laptop and the TeamViewer have proper internet access (a small green dot at the bottom left-hand corner of the TeamViewer window indicates proper internet connectivity) and stay available/connected overnight (i.e., they do not turn off or go to standby mode).
You will NOT need to be present while we perform the necessary steps remotely.
