# System Manager

The **System** module contains *tools* and *resources* to manage your entire LearningSpace system.

**Privileges**

Users with **System Manager** privileges and **Admins** have full access to the module.   
Users holding only **Room Manager** privilege have reduced access.

## System Manager

Users with the System Manager privilege can access all functions and settings within the **System** module.

## Room Manager

Users with this privilege have access to the **Rooms** tab and can:

* **Manage rooms**:  Add connected workstations, cameras, other devices, and intercom endpoints to each room.
* **Assign** [**Running Non-Scheduled Activities (RNSA)**](/doc/rnsa-how-to-reserve-a-room-without-scheduling-BkpJkdhEpm) **to rooms**  
  To access Activities, the user must be a member of the [**assigned Faculty group**]() for the activity.
* Add [**new Rooms**](/doc/rooms-tab-ps5MTFHIAS).
* **Define and manage** [**Locations**](/doc/location-management-yxmZ8fVSOi).
