System Manager
The System module contains tools and resources to manage your entire LearningSpace system.

Privileges
Users with System Manager privileges and Admins have full access to the module.
Users holding only Room Manager privilege have reduced access.
System Manager
Users with the System Manager privilege can access all functions and settings within the System module.
General for managing the general setting of the system
Local Settings for accessing time and language options
Security for configuring access and server settings
Directory Access Settings for setting up LDAP login and preparing user synchronization
Emails for setting up email templates and the SMTP server to send messages
Intercom for adding new intercom announcements and managing existing ones
Stations for adding computers as stations and determining their type
Rooms for managing rooms
Simulators for connecting simulators and wireless bridges
Cameras for setting up system cameras
Auto-texts for managing educational prescriptions
Units for setting units of measure (for resources)
Downloads for selecting available downloads
Room Manager
Users with this privilege have access to the Rooms tab and can:
Manage rooms: Add connected workstations, cameras, other devices, and intercom endpoints to each room.
Assign Running Non-Scheduled Activities (RNSA) to rooms
To have access to Activities, the user has to be a member of the assigned Faculty group of the activity.Add new Rooms.
Define and manage Locations.
