SP Performance

The SP Performance Assessment section of LearningSpace provides a tool to evaluate how a specific SP performed in a learner encounter or across the entire Case.

There are two main areas - and scores - that serve for this evaluation:

• One is when an SP's answers to the SP section of a case questionnaire are compared with an observer's answers.

• The other part of the evaluation is when an observer completes a questionnaire (the SP performance assessment) about how the SP performed in a specific encounter.

These two types of evaluation provide the overall performance score of the SP.
