Smartphone Scanner Application

Use your smartphone as a barcode or QR code scanner to check in and search for items in the Inventory manager.

Before purchasing any of the licenses available on the product's pricing page, apply the Barcode to the PC's free license to determine whether this solution fits your institution. 
 At the time of publication of this guide, the free package offers 300 scans per month for free from 1 connected smartphone.

When you first use your smartphone as a scanner device, you need to decide whether you will use QR codes or barcodes for identification in the future.
For QR codes, the devices must function correctly if an #LS Prefix is set (for the 'Barcode to PC scanning application').
