Adding Activity Managers to the Participant group of an Activity does NOT automatically enable them to edit that Activity.

Provide specific Activity Managers with read and write access or restrict their access to read-only to share an Activity for editing.


Available Activity Access Options:

  • 'View-only' permission:
    Add groups or individual users to the CAN READ ONLY field.
    Any user included here with access to Activities can view the Activity but can't edit it.  
    OR

  • 'View-and-edit' permission:
    Add groups or individual users to the CAN READ AND WRITE field.
    Any user included here with access to Activities can edit the Activity.
