Security Tab Content
The Security tab accommodates the following options:
SSL/HTTPS Secure Access Setup
This section provides the necessary uploading fields for setting up secure access:Certificate information (Subject's organization, Subject's common name, Issuer's organization, Issuer's common name)
Upload or remove SSL certificates, and reset to factory default option (important for the Intercom functionality to work)
IMPORTANT: The Intercom functionality of LearningSpace requires the web browser to have access to the microphone of the client PC, which in turn requires a secure HTTPS connection to the LearningSpace server.
That is, the use of the microphone of the client computer can only be conducted with a valid SSL certificate. (This restriction stems from the Chrome browser security regulations.)

SSL/HTTPS Secure Access Setup
If the HTTPS certificate request tool is enabled on your LearningSpace system, the Request Certificate and the Upload Certificate options will be available on the page, along with the Status Table, containing the certificate information.

The certification expiration date is displayed in the Expires on column.

API Key
API Key for utilizing API key-based authentication method can be generated on this page:

This API key can be used to access the Data API of LearningSpace.
Data API Access
The Data API access can be manually toggled on or off on the Security tab of the System Manager.
The data API toggle is in the "off" position by default.

Once Data API access has been enabled, the Institution’s System developers can continue based on the API documentation provided by LearningSpace support.
An OpenAPI descriptor is generated, which describes the API contents, available at https://[learning.space.url]/api/openapi/views.yaml
Once activated, a checkbox will also appear to make all events available by default within the system (—> 'All events are accessible via API by default' option).

If the 'All events are accessible via API by default' option is unchecked, only the events selected in the Calendar Modulewill be added to the range of Data API.

LearningSpace system password
The LearningSpace system password is necessary when configuring LearningSpace UltraPortable.
To set up your LearningSpace Ultraportable as a Satellite unit, first, it needs to be licensed, and then the Server address and System password need to be entered for synchronization. For more information, download the UltraPortable System Setup Guide:
For SSL secure access setup, an SSL certificate has to be acquired from the relevant authorities. For the detailed process, see How can an SSL certificate be acquired?.

After enabling the Virtual Room Support toggle, the fields for the following data reveal themselves:
Meeting provider
Zoom API Key
Zoom API Secret
