Secure Your Zoom Meetings

Secure every Zoom meeting launched in LearningSpace with the following one-time settings:

1. Log into your primary Zoom account.

2. Select Settings in the sidebar on the left of your profile.

3. You will land on the Meetings tab inside settings.

4. Stay on the Security tab and scroll down.
   
   

   
   
   
   The Require that all meetings are secured with one security option is enabled by default:
   
   
   
   
   

5. Enable Passcode-related options:
   
   

   
   
   
   

   By switching on the Embed passcode in the invite link for the one-click join option, Zoom will encrypt and embed the password in the meeting link so participants can join with one click without entering the password.
