# Resource Manager Privileges

| **SRP** | **SRP** stands for ***Scheduling and Resource Planner***. This privilege provides access to the [**Calendar**](/doc/calendar-module-xtpJ2cbfqf), **SP Manager,** and [**Resources **](/doc/resource-manager-jkDM9H8o9Q)modules on the dashboard, as well as [**Scheduling**](/doc/scheduling-via-classic-view-0lc81kEfya) in [**Classic view**](/doc/classic-view-LyPF8Dx15R).- In **Resources**, the SRP user can view resource usage reports and video recordings of Activities shared with them. Also, I can review any usage Activities and recordings that are not related to any Activity (e.g., meetings or presentations). - In the **Calendar** module, the user can create events for the Activities they have access to and can view but not edit events of other Activities. However, it can edit events that are not related to any Activity (e.g., meetings or presentations).[**Events**](/doc/events-jgKvWwXKxY) created by the SRP user must be approved by a user with admin or SRP full-control privileges.In [**Advanced Scheduling**](/doc/advanced-scheduling-6uw4GlWcNY)**,** the user can manage the Advanced scheduling of the events they created or the events created for Activities that are shared with them. |

Also, the SRP full control user can approve pending events in the calendar.
