# Record Control Panel in SRV - Legacy version The **Record Control** panel is located on the left of [**Single Room View (SRV)**](/doc/67a19dac-a8f4-4378-aa39-b4e454ba442a)**.** :::success Without custom layout settings, the **Record control** panel is open by default when entering **SRV**. The panel will reveal further options: **a. No recording in progress** If there are several cameras installed in a room, you can determine which one(s) should record before starting the recording. By default, every camera is allowed to record on **SRV**; each camera will have its checkbox ticked the first time you check. Recording in progress** Uninterrupted recording can only last up to 3 hours. Once this limit is reached, the recording automatically stops, and the video is saved to [**Video Review**](/doc/video-review-VSWPLaVrdu)**.** ***Continue recording once* option:** :::info The option becomes active **after the recording has started**. ::: LearningSpace can automatically relaunch a recording once 3 hours of continuous recording have been exceeded.
