Recent Usage Tab

The Recent Usage tab in Resources shows the recent resource usage of activities (left side) and general resource usage broken down into resource categories under Favorite Resources (right side).

You can fetch a specified number of days' or months' worth of recent resource usage on both sides.

You can open an Activity to display its events on the Recent Usage side. Each Activity and event has a link that directs you to a list detailing the resource usage for that Activity or event on the Resource Register tab.

On the Favorite Resources side, visualize the latest overall usage of a resource category, or check usage for individual devices, rooms, or SP work time. The details of the related usage data are also located in the Resource Register tab.
