It displays the current scoring status for each question. The OEQS evaluator can see the following information: * **Scored Responses** = number of responses scored by OEQS evaluators * **All Responses** = total number of responses submitted by __all__ learners * **All Learners** =  number of __assigned__ learners who are supposed to submit responses to a given question *(In the case of Evaluator-Evaluee assignments, this number reflects the number of Learners an OEQS Evaluator has to evaluate.* ![](https://outline-production-attachments.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/uploads/6c0da235-ff99-49fd-81af-d32f613692dd/7d727c89-1236-4d38-aa38-485578ece260/137658460.png?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Content-Sha256=UNSIGNED-PAYLOAD&X-Amz-Credential=AKIA4EOUDTOVUICLPZ4P%2F20260909%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20260909T120000Z&X-Amz-Expires=86400&X-Amz-Signature=02f7aa6d537431b29f4639da4a846eab7b483a3d028e7b1de44cd27d2bca7885&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&x-amz-checksum-mode=ENABLED&x-id=GetObject) * **Scoring Type** = scoring method *(Not scored, Direct scoring, Keyword scoring, Questionnaire-based scoring)* :::info The mentioned columns are not displayed in the Step 2 CS Patient Notes sections. ::: Clicking any one of the **Score** buttons will redirect the OEQS evaluator to the **Scoring** page. :::info The **Responses** panel on **Scoring** will automatically scroll to the response the OEQS evaluator has selected for evaluation; but all responses for that learner will be available for evaluation.. The **Score** button jumps to the first learner with incomplete grading and skips preceding learners who are fully graded on the **Scoring** page. ::: ## Submit All Option For those responses evaluated using the Keyword method, the **Submit All** button is available.
