# ◾ How to Set up RNSA Login ## What does RNSA Login mean? :::info With **RNSA Login**, you can have your learners and SPs land on the data entry page of the Activity instead of their dashboards, right after they have logged in to the system on a [**manually authorized workstation**](/doc/e97de31d-1a21-42d2-b856-5036ad5660d5). A manually authorized workstation is **a computer physically located in a simulation room** that is assigned to the room within the system as well. Manually authorized workstations can be used as part of a [**Running Non-Scheduled Activity (RNSA)**](/doc/6ecc83bf-970f-4dfa-85ac-8dd05ff73410). ::: :::info **RNSA Login** is also required when you want to [**control recording with the video start and stop conditions**](/doc/d7d1166c-4306-4ed9-9529-11e518e49972) set up in the [**Basics**](/doc/basics-tab-fkkwtT2A87) tab of your Activity. ::: ## Set up RNSA Login To set up authorized workstations in a room, first, there has to be a [**Running Non-Scheduled Activity (RNSA)** **assigned to the room**](/doc/rnsa-how-to-reserve-a-room-without-scheduling-BkpJkdhEpm) – make sure before you continue. There are three kinds of [**workstations**](/doc/stations-settings-wf9eO8UwgJ) you can set up: 1. **In-room,** 2. **Hallway**, or 3. **Additional stations**.  → For details about each station type, [**click here**](/doc/61d8d05f-e3b8-495e-9cef-969a3c250760). For **RNSA Login**, you need to set up an **In-room** station for SPs and/or a **Hallway** station for learners. :::warning ***IMPORTANT:*** All workstations need to be authorized manually for each room. ::: To get started, __go to the physical **RNSA** room in your training center__ then **log into LearningSpace on a computer**: 1. Go to **System** 2. Go to **Stations** 3. **Add the computer** to the system by clicking **Add This Computer** 4. **Name your computer workstation** (mandatory) 5. Select at least one **type of station**. Stay in the **System** and switch to **Rooms** 2. Find your **RNSA** room 3. Click on the **cogwheel icon** of the room for **Room settings** 4. Define the **workstation type**. To set up a workstation for **a.** **learners**, select the name of the computer from the **Hallway Station** drop-down; **b. SPs**, select the name of the computer from the **In-room Station** drop-down. :::warning **Learner RNSA Login** only works with **Hallway** configuration.  **SP RNSA Login** only works with **In-room** configuration. If users log into a workstation that **does not match their privileges**, they will land on their dashboard as usual. Also, [**user-action-triggered automatic video recording**](/doc/d7d1166c-4306-4ed9-9529-11e518e49972) will not work either. If needed, your computer can have **multiple workstation functions** at the same time. To apply multiple functionalities, select the same computer in the station drop-down menus of your choice. ::: 5.
