Access the **Reports** tab in the **Edit Activity** pop-up window for the desired Activity. By default, the **Learner access** settings are displayed.  :::info ***NOTE:*** The *start and end date and time* of the Activity are displayed as a reminder below the **Activity duration**. ::: 2\. The Timepicker add-on is included for setting hours or minutes. You can switch to a 24-hour format by navigating to the [System settings](https://kb.learningspace.elevatehealth.net/s/ent-hs/doc/system-manager-ar9EDnlVcL) page.  ::: 3\. Check the box before the ***Enable report access during the Activity*** if you want the learners to **have access to the reports** __during the Activity__. 4\. Highlight the **whole learner group** or any of its **subgroups** you want to set up report access for. ![](https://outline-production-attachments.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/uploads/6c0da235-ff99-49fd-81af-d32f613692dd/35c530d1-68cd-409d-ae14-9f968959a6db/90308694.png?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Content-Sha256=UNSIGNED-PAYLOAD&X-Amz-Credential=AKIA4EOUDTOVUICLPZ4P%2F20260909%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20260909T120000Z&X-Amz-Expires=86400&X-Amz-Signature=3835c21a5055d5c2018dd7be1e0d0f6d3d218329f5bb1064d90c8e7281ed7661&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&x-amz-checksum-mode=ENABLED&x-id=GetObject) :::warning The subgroups displayed on the **Reports** tab are those set up on the [**Assignments**](/doc/assignments-tab-6wVg4cYdGO) tab (__not via User Manager__). **Faculty Evaluee** subgroups are displayed under Learner access, and Faculty Evaluator subgroups under Report Reviewer access. ::: :::warning When setting up access for **subgroups**, access NOT given at a broader level (e.g. whole group) can be granted for a subgroup, but not vice versa. ::: 5\. Check the box of the *reports and recordings* you want to make accessible to the learners. By default, **no report access** is granted to learners. :::warning For Peer evaluation, in addition to setting up access to the recording by checking the box next to Allow peer access for video AND Video Review, there has to be a [Peer Evaluation](/doc/peer-evaluation-checklist-izvWwSJY7Q) part, and the learners will have to be assigned to each other on the [**Assignments**](/doc/assignments-tab-6wVg4cYdGO) tab of the [**Edit Activity**](/doc/edit-activity-pop-up-uYFkqiiNhq) pop-up within the **Activity Manager**. ::: 6\. Under '***SELECTED REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING CASES (WHERE CASE IS SELECTABLE)'*** uncheck the box of the *Cases* and/or *Case parts/Sections* for which the selected reports __should not__ be available.  :::warning By default, **none of the Cases is checked for learner access.
