# ◾ How to Set Up Questionnaire Scoring :::info Prerequisite: have [**questionnaire sections**](/doc/special-section-xF3FCRRpqE) ready for use inside any case's [**Special Section**](/doc/special-section-xF3FCRRpqE): name the sections, add question items, and define the point values of each response. The question is all set for ***Questionnaire*** grading. :::warning Resetting the Score Values of an In-Use Special Section Scores are not automatically recalculated for open-ended questions graded with the ***Questionnaire*** method if the affiliated **Special Section**'s score values are modified after scores have been submitted.
