# ◾ How to Set Up Automatic User-Forwarding to Data Entry With **automatic user-forwarding**, you can have your learners and SPs **land at the data entry page instead of their dashboards**, right after they have logged in to the system on a [**manually authorized workstation**](/doc/e97de31d-1a21-42d2-b856-5036ad5660d5) of an Activity. :::info **Automatic user-forwarding** is also required when you want to [**control Activity recording with video start and stop conditions**](/doc/d7d1166c-4306-4ed9-9529-11e518e49972). :bulb: Start and stop conditions can be defined in the [**Basics**](/doc/basics-tab-fkkwtT2A87) tab of an Activity. ::: Automatic user forwarding can be set up for [**Running-Non Scheduled Activities (RNSA)**](/doc/6ecc83bf-970f-4dfa-85ac-8dd05ff73410) or for events built with [**Advanced Scheduling**](/doc/advanced-scheduling-6uw4GlWcNY). ## Automatic User-Forwarding with Running Non-Scheduled Activity (RNSA) Setup 1. Make sure the Cases of the Activity you are going to work with contain **:** 1. **at least one type of Learner checklist** for Learners ([**Pre**](/doc/pre-encounter-learner-part-3furatcpPi)- or/and [**Post-Encounter**](/doc/post-encounter-learner-part-Dsb7Mo6i7o)) 2. an [**SP checklist**](/doc/sp-checklist-a4oN6AGbnf) for the SPs (if you are using SPs in your Activity). 2. As a result, you have **reserved a room for a non-scheduled Activity**. The guide will refer to this setup as an "**RNSA room**" in the following. 3. To apply multiple functionalities, select the same computer in the **Hallway** and **In-Room** **station** drop-downs. ::: :::warning In the [Stations](/doc/stations-settings-wf9eO8UwgJ) tab, make sure that the station bears the required functionalities. ::: Afterwards, [**assign the workstations**](/doc/e97de31d-1a21-42d2-b856-5036ad5660d5) to the RNSA room in the system. ## Automatic User-Forwarding with Events Created with Advanced Scheduling 1. Make sure the Cases of the Activity you are going to work with contain 1. **at least one type of Learner checklist** (**Pre**- or/and **Post-Encounter**) 2. **and** an **SP checklist** (if you use SPs in your Activity). 2. Add authorized workstations to your event room(s). Authorized workstations are computers physically located in your event rooms, which also need to be added to the system. 1.
