# ◾ How to Set Up and Apply an Evaluation Case

The [**Evaluation Case**](/doc/case-evaluation-checklist-WrhjtdEbq7) is a checklist designed to collect l**earner feedback about the Activities** learners have already completed.   
With this tool, you can **measure the educational value** of your [**Activities**](/doc/activity-manager-8Z2fsIu6LP).

:bulb: Gain knowledge about your learners' **clinical training experience for quality assurance purposes**: ask learners **to evaluate**

* their instructors,
* the simulation environment,
* or have them write down **their suggestions**.

## Evaluation Case Assignment


1. Open an Activity for editing in Activities. You are brought to the **Basics** tab of the **Activity editor**.
2. In the **Evaluation Case** drop-down, select an [**Activity Evaluation Case**](/doc/basics-tab-fkkwtT2A87).

You can put together an Activity [**evaluation checklist**](/doc/case-evaluation-checklist-WrhjtdEbq7) within any **Case**.

It is **best** to create an evaluation Case within a Case that was created **exclusively for Activity evaluation purposes**.
