How to Select Learners for Annotations - Legacy version

To control the Learners associated with a particular annotation:

  1. In Single Room View, access the Annotations panel for the desired recording or prerecorded video or audio.

  2. Ensure the desired Learner appears in the Record Control panel.

If no particular learner(s) is (are) selected, all learners will receive the annotation.

To de-select a Learner, click the X on that name to remove it.

IMPORTANT: If the participants are selected before annotations are added, the generated annotations will automatically include all the selected participants.

3. To add a Learner to an already entered annotation:

  • Select and hold the Learner's name on the Record Control panel

  • Drag the Learner's name to the list of added annotations

  • Release the name onto the desired annotation

4. To remove a Learner from a specific annotation, select the X to the right of the Learner name.
