# ◾ How to Review Resources in the Resource Register

1. On the [**Resource Register**](/doc/resource-register-tab-cbIDXFgwak) tab, use the **Activities**, **Cabinets**, **Events** and **Client** drop-down menus to specify your search for resources.

By default, all drop-down menus, except **Events**, are active. The **Events** drop-down menu becomes active once an Activity has been selected from the **Activities** drop-down menu.

2\. Select start and end dates in the date fields to define the period of usage.

When clicking in the Date fields, a calendar drop-down appears where the days can be selected.

3\. Resources can also be searched by typing keywords into the **Quick** **search** field.

Scroll through the Resource Register with the mouse wheel or the scroll bar. To find the scroll bar, hover over the right margin of the list with your mouse, then click and drag the bar up and down.
