# ◾ How to Remove Groups within Assignments

***NOTE:*** Deleting a subgroup will **not delete both groups** assigned to one another, only **all members** of that subgroup and also the **name** of the subgroup.

**__To remove members of the subgroups:__** click the red X on the right edge of the assigned *individual or group*.
