# ◾ How to Print a Calendar View ## Calendar Print Option 1. Open the desired view of the calendar (*month-week-day*). 2. This option is available in the [List View](/doc/list-view-xklOdC8Dma): 1. Go to the **Calendar module**, List view. 2. **Select the relevant time period** from the datepicker (*From, To* fields). 3. Press the **Apply button** - the selection will become active. 4. Press the ‘**Export to Excel’** button. 5. The view will be **exported to XLSX** format.
