# ◾ How to Interact with the Talkback Function on SP Stations

1. When an SP is logged in on an in-room station, an **SP toolbar appears** in the top-right corner of the screen, with **Talkback option** displayed.   
   If a message is sent to that station from the control room, the SP can respond by using the Talkback function.

2\. To send a response, the SP has to **click and hold the Talkback bubble**. The "*On the air*" message (and the color of the message bubble changing to **green**) indicates that the SP is responding to the control room station that sent the announcement.

3\. When finished, the Talkback bubble should be released. Thus, the response is sent.

IMPORTANT: The Talkback function can only be used **if an announcement has previously been sent** to the station.
