# ◾ How to Grant Access to Downloading a Video 1. Access the [**Reports**](/doc/reports-tab-UYc4w4MW5i) tab in the [**Edit Activity**](/doc/edit-activity-pop-up-uYFkqiiNhq) pop-up window for the desired Activity. By default, the **Learner access** settings are displayed. 2.
