How to Grant Access to Downloading a Video

  1. Access the Reports tab in the Edit Activity pop-up window for the desired Activity.
    By default, the Learner access settings are displayed.

  2. On either tab, depending on whom you intend to grant access to, check the box next to Download Video in the Report Access panel.

By default, learners are granted no report access, while report reviewers are given full access, including the ability to download videos.

IMPORTANT: Using the subgroups settings of the Reports tab may further limit access to downloading videos.


3. Since changes are saved automatically, you can switch to any other tab or close the Edit Activity pop-up window.

When a learner or a user with Report Reviewer privilege is given access to downloading video(s) of a certain Activity, a Download icon is displayed in the camera view panel when viewing the video recording in the Single Room View (SRV) of the Video Review module.
