# ◾ How to Find a Case or Cabinet

1. Click the **Cases** module on the Dashboard. The **Case Manager** screen appears with the **Cabinets** and **Cases** panels.  
2. Click the **search bar** at the top of the tab.  
3. Start **typing the title** of the Case or Cabinet to be found.

Cases and cabinets—with their respective icons—that include the letter combination typed in the search bar are listed in a drop-down menu and can be selected by clicking the relevant match.

***IMPORTANT:*** A new search can only be initiated after deleting the previous letter combination by clicking the **X** in the search bar.
