# ◾ How to Create Sessions :::info The page explains how to **create and edit** [**Sessions**](/doc/sessions-2aZ5cOyh5C) inside a [**Cast sheet**](/doc/cast-sheets-YRPTbYPckT) in the SPA module. ::: After [**creating a Cast sheet**](/doc/how-to-create-cast-sheets-Dxam0CMGPp), you can add **Sessions** containing the [**Cases**](/doc/cases-of-sessions-pTlkcAzVwk) (patient scenarios) representing simulated patient encounters. Sessions are important in determining the **date and time** of these simulated patient encounters. Select the Cast sheet you want to edit on the left of the [**Casting**](/doc/casting-tab-1PUPxieYgL) tab in the SPA module. 1.
